Your property will be privatively listed in-house without the OPEN MARKET ever seeing it. Thank God I don’t want my realtor to work hard.
Or, your property will be marked COMING SOON this way only our agents will see it. I heard that listings are for the public,
BUT I guess “agents aren’t part of the public.”
Or,
I will soo over price your property and let our in-house agents see your price and they will either ask for a price reduction now or
you will be reminded that it only takes one to close the deal…a number of months-years later.
